I found this on Google Video. It claims to be a lost clip from “A New Hope.”

It looks as if it was shot with stand-ins. I certainly can’t vouche for the authenticity of the video, but it certainly looks valid on the surface.

Notice the graphical menu that appears at the end of the clip. Perhaps this was taken from a special features section of the DVD menu. Also, the clip lacks action and any signifcant dialogue, which would make it a good candidate for the cutting room floor. Any thoughts or observations you have on this would be appreciated.
